Marketing Associate

Breadcrumbs is a blockchain investigator SaaS company specializing in high-volume transaction processing and blockchain analytics. As a Marketing Associate , you will play a key role in executing marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with the Go-To-Market Team and other cross-functional teams to develop compelling marketing campaigns that align with Breadcrumbs' mission in blockchain investigation and analytics.

Marketing Strategy and Execution

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition within the blockchain and SaaS markets.
• Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to refine marketing strategies and positioning.
• Assist in crafting and managing outbound partnerships and community-building initiatives.

Content Development and Branding

• Create and manage marketing content, ensuring messaging aligns with Breadcrumbs’ expertise in blockchain analytics.
• Write and edit compelling copy for website content, blog posts, social media, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with design teams to develop visually engaging assets, including graphics, videos, and infographics.

Digital and Social Media Management

• Maintain and optimize Breadcrumbs’ online presence across websites and social media platforms.
• Execute and monitor paid and organic campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize digital marketing efforts and improve return on investment (ROI).

Customer Engagement and Support

• Respond to customer inquiries from marketing channels, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Support the sales and customer success teams with marketing materials and insights to enhance customer acquisition and retention.

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, and conversion rates.
• Manage and maintain marketing databases, ensuring accurate customer and lead information.
• Provide regular reports on marketing performance, trends, and areas for improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the Go-To-Market Team, product development, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Foster a creative and data-driven approach to marketing within the organization.

Qualifications Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, blockchain, fintech, or analytics industries.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEO tools, and social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of blockchain technology and its applications in investigative analytics is a plus.
• Ability to design and edit marketing materials using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or video editing software.
