Architect (macOS Engineering)

Job Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain macOS architecture to support business needs and ensure seamless integration with existing systems Implement changes for macOS device management, ensuring compliance with security policies and best practices Expert in managing and querying MySQL Jamf databases to support macOS data needs and services Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver scalable, reliable solutions Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Level 1 & 2 support team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to macOS, JAMF, and MySQL Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our macOS infrastructure remains innovative and competitive Provide Tier 3 level MacOS Support Using MacOS/Unix scripting and coding to develop custom solutions or automation On-call hours may be required Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
