Exposure to a multinational environment Hybrid night shift opportunity to cater to global stakeholders About Our Client Our client is a leading healthcare organization committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care across a broad network of facilities and services Job Description Collect, analyze, and reconcile financial, statistical, and operational data to ensure accuracy in reporting. Prepare, review, and submit detailed Medicare and Medicaid cost reports in compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintain organized documentation and support files for audits, appeals, and related reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data inputs for cost reporting. Perform reconciliations between cost report data and general ledger accounts. Respond to audit requests and assist with appeals and cost report reviews. Stay current on CMS and Medicaid regulatory updates impacting cost reporting. Support system data uploads and validations to maintain integrity of reporting processes. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a healthcare environment, particularly with provider reimbursement. Solid understanding of financial statements, GAAP principles, and revenue cycle operations. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
