Customize WooCommerce templates to meet specific project requirements. Collaborate with designers and other team members to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to WordPress development. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in WordPress development and implement them effectively. Maintain existing WordPress websites ensuring all functions are working and security measures are up to date. Writing well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices. Experience in Shopify and other web platforms is a plus. Minimum Qualifications Proficiency in PHP, HTML, JavaScript/jQuery, CSS and Bootstrap etc. Solid understanding of WordPress core functionality and architecture. Experience in developing custom WordPress themes and plugins. Familiarity with Custom Post Types and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) plugins. Knowledge of WooCommerce and ability to customize templates as needed. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Writing well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices. Creating website layout/user interfaces by using standard HTML/CSS practices Integrating data from various back-end services and databases Proven working experience in web programming Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques. Strong analytical and planning skills Good presentation skills Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details BS in computer science or a related field Other Experience in Shopify and other web platforms is a plus.
