  • Healthcare Account – with ₱15,000 Signing Bonus
  • Customer Service Account – General Support (No signing bonus)

Salary Package: ₱17,600 – ₱20,000 per month

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at TaskUs La Union, you will:

  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests via calls, chat, or email.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Ensure every interaction is a positive customer experience by showing empathy and problem-solving skills.
  • Work with a supportive team and leaders who will guide you in your professional growth.

Whether you’re supporting healthcare members or assisting general customer service clients , your role is to make things simpler and better for every customer you help.

  • Must be 18 years old and above
  • Senior High School or High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
  • No BPO or work experience required
  • Good to above-average English communication skills
  • Willing to work onsite at TaskUs La Union
  • Strong customer service mindset and eagerness to learn
