On-site - Pasay 1-3 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time Job Description The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports. This role supports the preparation of financial statements, reconciliations, compliance with accounting standards, and other day-to-day accounting functions. Key Responsibilities: Review and monitor daily accounting transactions, including journal entries, disbursements, and bank transactions. Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations of general ledger accounts. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports. Ensure accuracy and timely posting of transactions in the accounting system. Assist with tax filings, government reporting, and other statutory requirements. Coordinate with external auditors during year-end audit activities. Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Maintain organized documentation and filing of accounting records. Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and cost monitoring. Conduct variance analysis and prepare related reports as needed. Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage. Minimum of 3 years of experience in general accounting or finance. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Proficient in accounting systems and MS Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
