We're Hiring Head of Service Delivery at ABI

About the Role: ABI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Service Delivery to ensure that all our construction projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest standards of quality and safety. This role oversees the execution of both horizontal and vertical construction projects, driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and continuous process improvement. The Head of Service Delivery will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive efficiency, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, and uphold the company's mission to build a world-class Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of structural construction projects from inception to completion.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
  3. Build, mentor, and lead a team of project managers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  4. Monitor project performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks impacting delivery.
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
  6. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to align project objectives and deliverables.
  7. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are effectively allocated.
  8. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
  9. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, progress, and performance.

Qualifications:

  1. Must be a licensed Civil Engineer.
  2. Minimum of 20 years of experience in structural construction management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
  3. Dynamic leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  4. In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  5. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  7. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  8. Strong financial acumen and experience managing project budgets.
