We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Senior Associate to support and enhance procurement operations. This role involves managing end-to-end procurement processes, vendor negotiations, contract review, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and budgetary requirements. The ideal candidate will also have supervisory experience and be capable of handling a high-volume, fast-paced workload. Key Responsibilities Support the Procurement Manager and operations leadership in various procurement and administrative functions. Prepare, review, and process purchase requests, purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement-related documents. Manage sourcing, evaluation, and engagement of reliable and ethical vendors across multiple categories, including Events, Marketing, IT, Facilities, Administration, Human Resources. Conduct supplier assessments and maintain up-to-date records on supplier performance and compliance. Coordinate with internal teams on vendor accreditation and procurement planning. Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and service agreements. Ensure all procurement activities align with internal compliance policies and budget limitations. Supervise and support junior team members, empowering their growth while ensuring high standards are maintained. Handle challenging conversations with professionalism and uphold high integrity in all dealings. Manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a high-volume procurement environment. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with exposure to both direct and indirect services. At least 2 years of supervisory or people management experience. Strong negotiation, vendor management, and procurement planning skills. High ethical standards and integrity, especially in managing sensitive transactions and data. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Effective communicator – both written and verbal – with strong interpersonal skills. Proven ability to handle complex procurement issues and maintain vendor relationships. SAP experience or familiarity with ERP systems required. Experience supporting local and international operations is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
