Now Hiring: Senior Software Developer & IT Lead (AI, Mobile, Web) – In-House, Davao City
Location: Davao City (Onsite Only) | Type: Full-Time | Level: Senior Developer / Department Head
Focus: Web & Mobile Apps • AI Integration • IT Team Management

We’re looking for a high-level, loyal software developer to join our growing company in Davao City. You’ll lead the development of mobile apps, web platforms, and AI-powered solutions , manage our IT department, and train junior developers . We\'re not looking for freelancers or part-timers — we want someone ready to commit fully , grow with us long-term, and finish what they start.

What You’ll Do

  • Build, manage, and maintain custom web and mobile applications

  • Develop and integrate AI features (chatbots, automation tools, data analytics, etc.)

  • Lead the IT department and mentor/train other team members

  • Turn business requirements into smart, scalable code

  • Ensure deadlines are met and systems run efficiently

  • Work in-house with company leadership to support all tech needs

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong coding experience in:

    • Web: Node.js, React, PHP, Laravel, Python (Django or Flask)

    • Mobile: Flutter, React Native, or native iOS/Android

    • AI: OpenAI API, TensorFlow, Python, Chatbots, ML APIs

  • Knowledge of database design (MySQL, Firebase, MongoDB)

  • Version control (Git), API integration, and app deployment

  • Experience leading projects or managing teams is a big plus

  • Must be loyal, committed, and serious about long-term growth

  • Must work onsite in our Davao City office (night shift optional)

Bonus Points

  • Experience developing SaaS platforms or marketplaces

  • Knowledge in cybersecurity and server management

  • Teaching or training experience for junior devs
