• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of training applications to meet enterprise functional business requirements and operational needs; implement and enforce development team guidelines and processes.
• Manage the initiation, development, and implementation of the TaskUs training department\'s site-wide initiatives and drive campaign-specific training programs for Team Leaders (TLs) and Teammates (TMs).
• Create and maintain training materials to maximize campaign task mastery and personal development; pioneer campaign-specific training needs and programs.
• Create and execute TL and TM development training, including detailed curriculum, training delivery, and evaluation; provide campaign-specific training that is sufficiently technical but engaging.
• Serve as the in-house training expert; maintain training materials and documents for all levels, from new teammates to tenured team leaders; ensure alignment with campaign and TaskUs\' broader business objectives.
• Proactively identify department- and campaign-specific training needs and develop materials accordingly.
• Propose and publish a year-long training calendar with quarterly objectives; plan total training policies, programs, new testing tools, methods, and systems to ensure products and services meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with Operations Directors/Managers and their US counterparts to communicate effectively and drive improvements across teams.

• At least 5 years of managerial and/or supervisory experience.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly independent and motivated with the ability to oversee projects to completion and adapt training materials to different audiences.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
