Job Description
As a Risk Assessment & Prevention Expert, you'll safeguard Globe against fraud and revenue leakage by accomplishing project participation, effective risk assessment and embedding controls in new products, platforms, and services.
This role is pivotal in safeguarding Globe against fraud risks and revenue leakages. As a risk assessment & prevention expert, you will represent the Fraud and Revenue Assurance team in the development of new products, platforms, and services, ensuring that effective fraud prevention and revenue assurance controls are embedded from the outset. The risk assessment & prevention expert will proactively identify and assess risks, recommending and implementing policies to protect against fraud and revenue leakages.
Duties And Responsibilities

  • Conduct fraud & revenue assurance assessments to define and analyze possible risks
  • Evaluate the gravity of each risk by considering its consequences
  • Review customer experience, process flows, policies to eliminate or mitigate potential risks
  • Design, develop, recommend and implement anti fraud & revenue leakage controls
  • Evaluate existing controls & policies that can lead to enhancement, retirement or replacement.
  • Advocate fraud risk awareness among co-workers
