Overview Grab is Southeast Asia's leading superapp. The role is based onsite at our Ortigas office in Pasig, Philippines and reports to the Director for Off-Platform Solutions. The Grab Financial Group (GFG) Team oversees, shapes, and drives the strategy and growth initiatives of money movement for the Grab ecosystem in the Philippines. The team focuses on digital payments, including e-wallets, card payments, and digital banking, with the goal of delivering secure, seamless payment solutions for merchants, drivers, and passengers. Get to Know the Role You will help develop and execute Grab's payments strategy for the Philippines. Your main focus will be to drive the adoption of cashless payment and dine-out solutions for merchants by understanding consumer market behavior and trends. You will report to the Director for Off-Platform Solutions and be based onsite at our Ortigas office. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform Project management Design and manage strategic and tactical projects Develop plans, success metrics, and relevant communication approaches Execute internal/external projects through a structured and collaborative approach according to requirements, with flexibility to adapt to factors Escalate and resolve roadblocks to deliver outcomes in a timely manner Cross-functional and cross-vertical collaboration Assist in designing solutions to complex business problems and gather requirements from relevant partners Foster and strengthen a culture of cross-functional collaboration in project planning, execution, and feedback loops Stakeholder management and communications Manage communication of progress and alignment with overall direction across teams Ensure adherence to project/launch timelines and visibility to company leadership Support data-driven decision making through analyses Manage project roadblocks effectively with clear communication Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related fields; Master’s Degree preferred 5+ years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Project Management, or Management Consulting Analytical with attention to detail; proficient in both strategy and operations Passionate about Grab's social mission; committed to positive impact Strong collaboration, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to influence diverse groups Entrepreneurial, execution-focused, resilient, and agile; self-driven with a growth mindset Proficient in Microsoft and Google Workplace tools; experience in driving transformative initiatives; SQL and Python knowledge preferred Excellent English and Filipino communication; ability to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships Benefits and Workplace Information Term Life Insurance and comprehensive Medical Insurance GrabFlex benefits package Parental and Birthday leave; LASA volunteering leave Grabber Assistance Programme Flexible work arrangements to balance personal commitments #J-18808-Ljbffr
