Overview

Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with an E-Commerce Enabler in their search for a Lead Media Buyer based in Taguig.

Salary Range : ₱130,000 - ₱150,000

Work Setup : Onsite

Shift Schedule : Day Shift

Location : Taguig City

Responsibilities
  • Oversee strong performance marketing strategy and execution plan
  • Review and approve budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive return on investment and maximize budgets
  • Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic, and owned media channels
  • Identify and test new channels to meet or exceed established metrics
  • Motivate the performance marketing team by providing guidance and recommendations to achieve goals
  • Provide critical oversight of performance KPIs and client performance updates
  • Manage relationships with key partners across the digital landscape, driving innovation in marketing technology capabilities
  • Build a pipeline of strategic business opportunities by networking and creating business plans for new distribution or other media revenue opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including ecommerce leadership, marketing, and creative teams to align objectives and develop campaigns
  • Ensure media operations are seamless and efficient across internal stakeholders (finance, commercial, Business Intelligence)
  • Ensure the media team is well equipped with strong data analytics and ad buying capabilities
  • Manage stakeholders to reach media campaign targets
What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7+ years managing projects and teams in an advertising or digital media agency or a combination of agency/client-side experience
  • Ecommerce experience is preferred
  • Experience with digital ad buying and media planning (Meta, CPA, onsite solutions)
  • Reporting and analytics
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Mastery of Excel
  • Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Leadership skills
  • Ability to make business decisions based on data
