2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants JOB TITLE: FACILITIES ENGINEER (Cold Storage/ Warehousing) JOB PURPOSE Responsible for managing the efficient operation of assigned ALogis Artico cold storage facility, including planning and organizing preventive maintenance program, material handling equipment, safety and security, and compliance with rules and regulations. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure that all machines and equipment are in excellent working condition by conducting regular inspection, implement preventive maintenance and undertake corrective or emergency maintenance works to achieve customer satisfaction and operating cost efficiencies To be assigned as the facility’s Pollution Control Officer and ensure compliance with DENR and other government-related compliances; Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying to government and legal regulations Handle security, housekeeping and maintenance services Enhance the property and ensuring compliance with building codes through projects and building development; Handle internal and external facilities and operations audits Prepare and reviews plans, estimates, scope of work for various projects; and Monitor construction or renovation works and ensures that all guidelines are strictly implemented Provides regular status updates to the Operations Manager and to the Facilities Area Manager QUALIFICATIONS A Licensed Mechanical Engineer With at least 2 years work experience in property management Familiarity in warehouse logistics or logistics operations is a plus A resident of Mabalacat, Pampanga or nearby areas Willing to work weekends and public holidays, and on-call Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Administrative and Management Industries Real Estate and Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. by 2x Get notified about new Facilities Engineer jobs in Batangas, Calabarzon, Philippines . #J-18808-Ljbffr
