HR Talent Acquisition Manager - HR Strategy and COE The Area Manager is responsible for monitoring all aspects of operations of the managed properties under his or her cluster, specifically the four major responsibilities of property management: administration and financial, technical services and maintenance, security and safety, and janitorial and housekeeping. Financial Manage existing clients to attain financial stability. Ensure financial health of the condominium corp fiscal responsibility. Operational Efficiency Governance: Ensure the holding of timely and well‑attended AGMM meetings. Innovate operations where applicable. Compliance: Ensure compliance with required Pro‑Excel standards for turnover of new projects/buildings to the property management team. Review: Ensure proper monitoring of disbursements and collections. Technical: Prevent repeat of previous QA/Technical audit findings in subsequent QA audit reports. Reportorial: Ensure timely and complete submission of incident reports, monthly operations reports, minutes of board meetings, and successful rollout/implementation of company‑initiated innovations such as the MyHOme App. Community Relations Conduct regular community events. Ensure 100% implementation of approved community activities for the year. Ensure quarterly release of newsletters to update the community on activities and improvements. Maintain consistent communication to residents through all kinds of circulars. Coordinate all scheduled and unscheduled PMO activities and ensure compliance with QA standards. Address customer complaints effectively and promptly. Ensure consistent follow‑through of agreed action plans until completion or resolution. Act on all concerns raised with the condo corp/PMO during AGMM, meetings, and conversations. Board Relations Meet expectations of the BOT/developer in the conduct of property management services. Secure a positive rating from the board. Deliver 100% of pending projects proposed to the BOT. Hold regular board meetings and update BOT on any extraordinary issues or concerns. Coordinate regularly with the FLI developer. Time Management Ensure complete team presence on site at all times. Maintain 95% team presence with minimal tardiness or unscheduled leaves. Prevent attrition from exceeding 10%. Ensure full participation of personnel during company‑initiated activities. Keep personnel well informed of policies, house rules, violations, and updates. Properly file, label, and monitor documents, manuals, and plans. Implement house rules, policies, and procedures consistently, issuing violation tickets as needed. Ensure zero use of obsolete or unofficial forms. Conduct and submit performance evaluations, fire safety reports, and safety drills on schedule. Submit monthly reports to OH/Safety and Security Team and review service provider performance with BMs/VMs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
