Job Description We are seeking a high-performing and strategic professional to drive corporate finance and M&A initiatives. This role requires expert-level financial analysis, strong project leadership, and the ability to clearly communicate strategic insights to executive leadership. Provide valuation and analysis support to business units in valuing and analyzing businesses and executing transactions. Good grasp of valuation and prior financial modeling experience are highly desired. Manage the full cycle of M&A initiatives from strategy development until execution, making sure milestones are achieved on time and within budget. Manage, advise and propose on dividend declarations and approval via preparation of presentation materials, information gathering and research. Collaborate closely with business unit leaders and the Finance/Budget/Treasury teams to integrate strategic corporate goals and targets directly into the annual budget and long‑range financial planning processes. Develop clear, executive‑level presentation materials and present updates, analyses, and strategic recommendations to the Senior Management and/or Board of Directors.
