Corporate Lawyer / In-House Legal Counsel (Full-Time) We are seeking a full-time Corporate Lawyer / In-House Legal Counsel to handle the company’s legal affairs, including labor matters, position papers, compliance, and dispute resolution. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple cases and documentation requirements. Key Responsibilities Draft and prepare position papers , affidavits, contracts, legal memoranda, and other required pleadings. Manage and represent the company in labor‑related cases , administrative complaints, DOLE/NLRC matters, and internal investigations. Handle corporate compliance , regulatory filings, and policy reviews. Provide legal advice to management regarding business operations, employee relations, and risk mitigation. Coordinate with external lawyers, government agencies, and stakeholders when necessary. Review and draft contracts, MOAs, NDAs , and other corporate documents. Ensure the company is compliant with existing laws, rules, and regulations affecting the business. Support dispute resolution, mediation, and negotiation efforts. Qualifications Licensed Lawyer (Philippine Bar). Preferably with 1–3+ years of experience in labor law, corporate law, or litigation. Strong background in drafting legal documents and handling labor matters. Excellent research, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
