Performance & Paid Media Manager

The Performance & Paid Media Manager will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive subscriber growth, reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), increase Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and maximize Lifetime Value (LTV). This is a senior role, suited to an experienced performance marketer who can both execute and strategically guide channel selection and growth. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other high‑potential channels. Manage and optimize $20–30k monthly paid media spend to achieve CAC, ROAS, and LTV targets. Lead end‑to‑end campaign execution, including audience segmentation, creative briefing, ad buying, optimization, and scaling. Recommend and test new channels (e.g., YouTube, Pinterest, affiliates) and growth tactics to expand reach and revenue. Produce weekly reporting and insights for the Head of E‑Commerce, covering CAC, ROAS, subscription conversion rates, retention, CTR, and spend efficiency. Collaborate closely with the design team to brief and iterate creative assets, ensuring performance‑driven testing. Liaise with Shopify developer and freelance partners where needed to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, landing pages, and checkout flows. Establish processes, frameworks, and benchmarks for future hires as the performance marketing function scales. Key Requirements 5+ years of proven experience in performance marketing with a strong track record of scaling D2C e‑commerce brands (preferably in health, wellness, or supplements). Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, GA4, and other performance platforms. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action. Demonstrated ability to manage significant monthly media budgets ($20k+) with measurable ROI improvements. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present performance insights clearly. Strategic and hands‑on—comfortable driving the big picture as well as executing the details. Experience mentoring or managing junior marketers a plus. Tools & Platforms Familiarity with affiliate and influencer platforms beneficial.
