Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery. Monitor order status and resolve delays or discrepancies. Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policy. Ensure all products are accurately listed online with correct descriptions, prices, and images. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory staff to update product availability. Identify fast-moving and slow-moving items to assist in inventory planning. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints related to online shopping orders. Provide assistance with order tracking, payment issues, and product information. Maintain a positive customer experience and ensure service quality standards are met. Monitor the company’s online store(s) and ensure smooth platform functionality. Support initiatives to improve user experience and online conversion rates. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. At least 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, retail coordination, or order management. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
