Finance Manager - Regulatory Reporting and Compliance Netbank, National Capital Region, Philippines The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing BSP regulatory and management reporting, managing BSP audits, and ensuring compliance with BIR tax requirements. The role also covers financial reporting, audit coordination, and month-end/year-end closing. The Manager will collaborate closely with accounting, treasury, and operations teams to ensure accurate financial data and timely submission of reports. While the primary focus is on regulatory reporting and compliance, experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is considered an advantage. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and ensure timely submission of all BSP regulatory reports (e.g., FRP, CAR, liquidity). Monitor compliance with BSP circulars and implement reporting changes as needed. Oversee preparation and filing of BIR tax returns. Address and resolve audit findings, tax assessments, and regulatory queries. Serve as the primary point of contact for BSP, BIR, and external auditors. Support statutory, internal, and external audits by preparing required schedules and reconciliations. Ensure compliance with PFRS and company internal control policies. Month-End & Year-End Closing Oversee monthly and annual closing activities to ensure accuracy and completeness of accounts. Deliver accurate and timely financial reports for leadership and regulatory use. Work closely with accounting, treasury, and operations teams for data gathering and reconciliations. Mentor and guide accounting staff to ensure high-quality output and professional development. Represent the Head of Finance when needed in regulatory or audit-related matters. Ad-Hoc & Process Improvements Provide management with ad-hoc financial reports and analyses as needed. Implement process improvements, automation, and enhanced internal controls to increase efficiency.
