Overview

Join GHD as a Fire Protection Modeler in the Building Services group. This role supports the creation of fire protection models and coordination within multi-discipline projects.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the fire protection modeling efforts for the UAE team, ensuring high-quality outcomes by coordinating closely with other disciplines.
  • Deliver integrated project deliverables in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of the model and project deliverables.
  • Coordinate designs with Building Services, Architecture and other engineering disciplines.
  • Coordinate and collaborate using the Federated Model in Autodesk Navisworks, BIM360 Model Coordination, Bluebeam, BIM Track.

Collaboration and liaison with other engineering/modeling teams to ensure all design elements are considered.

What you will bring to the team
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience using Autodesk Revit.
  • Intermediate/Advanced skills in Navisworks and related coordination packages.
  • Ability to work independently, delivering accurate Revit models, fire protection details and coordinated drawings.
  • 5 to 7 years' experience within building-type projects.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage your own workload, project deliverables and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
Location

Job can be based in Makati or Quezon City, Philippines, depending on home base/location.
