Job Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement TikTok advertising strategies aligned with business goals (e.g., brand awareness, lead generation, sales).
  2. Identify target audiences and create tailored ad campaigns to reach them effectively.
  3. Stay updated on TikTok trends, features, and best practices to ensure campaigns are innovative and engaging.
  4. Ad Creation & Management: Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality, engaging ad content (videos, images, copy) optimized for TikTok’s platform.
  5. Set up, launch, and manage TikTok ad campaigns , including budgeting, bidding, and targeting.
  6. Monitor and optimize campaigns in real-time to maximize ROI and performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
  7. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using TikTok Ads Manager and other analytics tools. Provide actionable insights and conduct A/B testing.
  8. Audience Engagement & Community Building: Leverage TikTok’s features (hashtags, challenges, influencers) to enhance reach and engagement. Monitor user interactions to improve ad relevance and brand perception.
  9. Budget Management: Manage ad spend efficiently, forecast, and allocate budgets based on performance and objectives.
  10. Collaboration & Communication: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and communicate results effectively.
Job Qualifications: Experience:
  • At least 6 months to 1 year managing paid social media campaigns, with a focus on TikTok Ads.
  • Internship experience related to social media campaigns is also welcome.
Skills:
  • Knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager, including targeting, bidding, and optimization strategies.
  • Understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and user behavior.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Meta Analytics, Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics).
  • Creative mindset for producing engaging ad content.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
