Job Overview The Relationship Manager will lead strategic engagements with telecommunications and service provider clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building long-term relationships, understanding client needs, and driving business growth through collaboration with internal teams. Key Responsibilities Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in telco and service provider accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty. Understand the business models, challenges, and growth opportunities of telco clients. Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities aligned with client goals and industry trends. Work closely with Technical Sales and Presales teams to craft tailored solutions that address client needs. Ensure proposed solutions are scalable, innovative, and aligned with telco‑specific requirements. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions. Facilitate regular account reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients and internal stakeholders. Drive revenue growth and client retention through proactive relationship management. Monitor and report on customer satisfaction, account health, and business impact. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies, trends, and business models. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Can manage complex accounts and drive business growth. Preferred Skills Knowledge in OSS/BSS, network infrastructure, or cloud‑based telco solutions. Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and solution selling methodologies. Ability to navigate large organizations and influence decision‑makers. Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level.
