Key Responsibilities Strategize & Execute: Develop and implement account growth plans to meet and exceed sales targets. Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Upsell & Cross-Sell: Expand product and service offerings within existing accounts. Customer Success: Address client concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Performance Tracking: Monitor account metrics and report on sales performance. Team Collaboration: Contribute to company-wide initiatives and support cross-functional goals. Adapt & Excel: Take on additional responsibilities that support the success of the role and the team. Candidate Qualifications 2+ years of experience in account management, B2B sales, or customer success. Proven success in physical product sales and account growth. A strong history of building and maintaining long-term client relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and in teams. A commitment to exceptional customer service. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer.
