Job Description Support and assist the Head of Legal in the performance of his/her duties and responsibilities; collaborate with other departments; ensure compliance with relevant laws; structure, draft, review, and negotiate contracts to align with company objectives; provide strategic legal advice; render legal opinions; monitor legal updates; develop and maintain legal guidelines and policies; conduct legal trainings; support legal department KPIs; perform other legal services as required; exercise additional functions as assigned by the Head of Legal. Qualifications Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor from a Philippine law school. Licensed to practice law in the Philippines. Member in good standing of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines. At least 5 years of relevant law practice, with high ethical standards and confidentiality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent legal and commercial judgment. Team player, efficient, hardworking, willing to learn and be trained in other legal areas. Experience in real estate, construction, and ICT is preferable. Make Your Passion Part of Your Profession.
