CMF Design Chief

Work Location: Base in Beijing, travel to Changchun

Recruiting Unit: Advanced Research Department - Styling Institute - FAW Group (for Hongqi Brand)

Salary: negotiable according to request

Report to: Head of Styling Institute, Design VP

• Based on the company's strategic goals and combined with design trend analysis, develop the overall design strategy for Hongqi CMF and report to the senior management for confirmation;
• Lead and implement the research on the "new noble" aesthetic theory and the transformation of industrial design;
• Control the color design schemes of various projects in Hongqi;
• Quality control before the review of renderings, color models, and hard models at the hospital level;
• Assist in other areas of styling work.

• Bachelor's degree or above;
• Have at least 15 years of experience in CMF development and related design;
• Priority given to the automotive, fashion, and home furnishing industries;
• Having rich forward-looking concepts and experience in mass production development of international first-class brands, familiar with the entire vehicle design and development process system;
• Excellent creative design ability, excellent design quality, and product quality control ability;
• Excellent design and technical problem-solving skills;
• Excellent ability in product design strategy planning;
• Possess good design management skills.
