Position Title : Branch Sales Associate (for North Luzon area)

Job Summary:

Responsible for increasing the card base from the assigned branches and ensuring achievement of sales target.

Job Responsibilities:

  • In-charge for Branch and Corporate Sales in North Luzon (Area scope: Pampanga & Bulacan)

  • Manages branches in Pampanga and Bulacan

  • Does call out to at least 10 branches per day

  • Close monitoring and conversion of inactive branches to active status.

  • Conducts product and marketing orientation to branch personnel

  • Checks availability, completeness and visibility of Metrobank Credit Card merchandising materials in the Branches

  • Pre-screening of hand-carried applications in the branches and actual orientation or re-education of referrers for Upfront Rejects or incompleteness of application forms

  • Handles concern raised by branch personnel related to servicing

  • Monitors daily, monthly branch performance in terms of application turn-ins, approvals & approval rate to ensure achievement of sales target

  • Build, enhance and maintain relationship w/ branches as a selling channel

  • Obtains corporate contacts/referrals from Branch Heads for presentation of HRP by Region Manager/s

  • Execute tactical acquisition programs to push submission of application during the branch visit

  • Performs projects that may be assigned from time to time by manager

Qualifications:

  • Must be willing to go on fieldwork and move around areas in North Luzon and nearby regions

  • Bachelor's degree from a college/university

  • 1 year experience in dealing with external customers who have varying requirements

  • Strong working knowledge on MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.

  • At least 6 months experience in conducting Sales Presentation.
