The Role

The Sales Associate position will jump-start your career towards becoming a Business Manager, helping to grow the organization by increasing its customer base and portfolio.

Graduates of the Sales Associate Training Program will become Junior Assistant Managers after six months.

This role suits individuals who enjoy fieldwork, meeting new people, and reaping rewards through performance-based awards and incentives in addition to basic pay.

How You Will Contribute
  • Generate individual and corporate leads through client mapping
  • Acquire new clients and grow the accounts you solicit
  • Assist clients in selecting suitable products and services
  • Coordinate with branch operations for effective service delivery
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Sales experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Knowledge of branch products like Current and Savings Accounts (CASA) is a plus but not required
  • Resourceful in acquiring new accounts and clients
  • Passionate about sales with strong negotiation skills
  • Focused, goal-oriented, and ready for challenging sales targets
  • Excellent customer service skills
