Datacom Solutions Engineer

1. Customer Engagement: Obtain and guide partners'/customer's core requirements, effectively convey Huawei's solution value and competitiveness, establish a good trust relationship with partners/customer, guide and influence and change partners/customer's decisions
2. Requirement Understanding and Solution Design: Provide solution support for customers' technical requirements and network planning, independently complete solution design, configuration quotation, SOC reply, and competition analysis for competitors' products.
3. Training: Provide regular training for internal solution managers and partner golden seeds.
1. Must have a bachelor’s degree, major in Electronics Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering or any related course.
2. Good communication skills, analytical and passionate in developing a career in a fast-paced working environment.
3. Basic knowledge in ICT products and services.
4. Proficient with Microsoft tools (ie. Excel, Outlook, etc.).
