Qualifications Experience: Minimum 4 years’ experience in a service or parts manager role; demonstrated ability to manage a team and foster business growth; knowledge of trailer repair, maintenance, welding, and electrical systems. Technical Skills: Proficient with computers and office/reporting systems; experience with ATS, Zoom, and LinkedIn Recruiter (as listed in the provided JD).
