Oversee all parts and service operations to ensure seamless performance, manage inventories and their accuracy. Lead the development and execution of growth strategies, identifying and implementing cost reduction opportunities. Maintain an organized service job schedule, assign work based on technician strengths, and ensure accurate work orders. Qualifications Experience: Minimum 4 years’ experience in a service or parts manager role; demonstrated ability to manage a team and foster business growth; knowledge of trailer repair, maintenance, welding, and electrical systems. Technical Skills: Proficient with computers and office/reporting systems; experience with ATS, Zoom, and LinkedIn Recruiter (as listed in the provided JD). Non-Negotiables: Remote work setup (located in Cebu City, PH); availability for Night Shift (8:00 AM–5:00 PM PH Time); strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills with a customer-focused mindset; ability to actively engage with customers to assess service quality and needs; high school diploma or equivalent. Bonus Points: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
