Job Summary An Audit Manager manages an organization's financial and operational audits to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal rules. Key tasks include developing and executing audit processes, supervising an audit team, examining financial statements and internal controls, detecting risks, and presenting findings and suggestions to management in order to enhance efficiency and financial performance. Required Qualifications Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred. Help the CFO conduct audits and organize semi‑annual audits. Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance. At least 5 years of working experience in the related field or position. Good written and oral communication skills, proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets and attentive to details. Experience in Oracle NetSuite accounting system or any accounting software is a plus. Team player but can work independently with minimal supervision. Deadline oriented. Duties and Responsibilities Ensure the organization adheres to relevant government regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies. Present audit findings to senior management, suggest actionable solutions, and develop strategies for improvement. Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and spot potential risks. Have a thorough understanding of accounting standards, audit procedures, and regulatory obligations. Conduct and supervise internal and external audits. Document evaluation outcomes and keep audit documents. Provide training and professional development opportunities for audit personnel. Communicate with various departments and stakeholders about audit issues. Conduct follow‑up evaluations to verify that suggestions are properly implemented. #J-18808-Ljbffr
