Role Overview
  • Implements marketing and operations-led programs to top Doctors and relevant hospital accounts and proposes customized territorial programs based on specific needs and opportunities.
  • Ensures achievement of sales, business growth, and prescription targets through the promotion and implementation of the Company’s strategies and programs for the entire brand portfolio.
  • Manages territory through analysis of sales performance, gathering market data, reviewing competitor activities, and identifying issues and opportunities to create an appropriate plan of action.
  • Builds and maintains professional relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders through product promotion and fulfilling their needs, supporting brand equity and area business.
Required Qualifications
  • Graduate of any course with a bachelor’s degree
  • Previous experience as Medical Representative is an advantage
  • High interest in sales and marketing functions
  • Results-driven with a high customer orientation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to do fieldwork and open to relocation anywhere in the Philippines
