Statiq is a design subscription service that helps ecommerce brands and their agencies scale high-performing creatives. From ad creatives to emails and landing pages, the team delivers sharp, conversion-driven designs. Founded in 2024 and based in France, Statiq now operates as a fully remote company with a growing team of 10 in the Philippines. As they expand into video, they’re looking for talented Senior Video Editors to bring direct-response videos to life.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 3 PM to 12 AM PHT

• Produce high-quality, high-converting short-form video ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, with a strong focus on pacing, storytelling, and sound design.
• Translate briefs, scripts, and inspirations into engaging video content aligned with brand identity and performance marketing goals.
• Collaborate with the Video Lead and Design Team to iterate on concepts, implement feedback, and refine videos to final delivery standards.
• Maintain efficient workflows across multiple tools and projects, ensuring files are well-organized, editable, and ready for reuse.
• Work cross-functionally with designers, marketing assistants, and creative leads to bring ideas to life and solve creative challenges with speed and autonomy.

• +3 years of experience in video editing, with a portfolio focused on eCommerce and/or direct response advertising.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or other relevant editing tools.
• Portfolio demonstrating mastery of timing, pacing, transitions, motion, sound design, and
• Experience with motion graphics, UGC-style, or creative testing in performance marketing is a plus.
• Solid understanding of what performs on social and paid platforms — from effective hooks to conversion tactics.
• Excellent communication skills in a fully remote environment.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
