Regulatory Affairs Pharmacist Supervisor – 3 yrs Experience Apply for the role at Dempsey Resource Management. Location: Caloocan, Philippines. Requirements (Qualifications) Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field. Experience in regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical industry. Strong knowledge of FDA, EMA, and other regulatory bodies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in regulatory submission software and databases. Understanding of clinical trial regulations and processes. Responsibilities Register cosmetics, drugs, food supplements, medical devices, and hazardous household products at FDA. Prepare for initial or renewal of LTO licenses and coordinate with FDA inspectors. Handle and resolve Notice of Compliance from FDA. Maintain current knowledge of relevant regulations in cosmetics and keep up to date with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines. Ensure formulations comply with Philippine FDA standards and approved limits. Ensure assigned warehouses comply with FDA requirements. Conduct product testing for all finished goods distributed and imported by the company. Schedule and facilitate monthly warehouse inspections and coordinate pest control schedules. Assist related departments and management on the latest regulatory requirements and FDA advisories. Investigate product complaints and assist in answering customer inquiries and concerns. Handle products from imported and local suppliers, conduct annual supplier and toll manufacturer audits. Coordinate with manufacturers for Product Information File filing per ASEAN Cosmetics Directive. Process initial and renewal of memorandums of agreements from manufacturers. Request updated GMP and ISO documentation from manufacturers. Additional Details Salary: 30‑32K per month. Work onsite: Caloocan. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
