In this position, you will join our Water Utilities team, where you will play an integral part in a highly skilled team that ‘brings ideas to life’ for our clients across all types of projects. The work we do is vital to supporting economic development globally, andit’sthe technicalexpertiseand depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Lead digital engineering management, overseeing the use and integration of digital engineering platforms to enhance project delivery. Manage and coordinate modelling and drafting teams, ensuring efficient resource allocation and workflow. Ensure accuracy and quality of modelling outputs through verification, coordination, and peer review processes. Utilize digital tools such as Plant 3D, Civil 3D, 12D, AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software for effective design management and project execution. Support resource management, including scheduling, allocation, and mentoring of modelling teams. What can you bring to the team? You will also need the following: Essential: Bachelor of Science in Engineering, DigitalManagementor equivalent At least 5+ years in Digital Engineering Management and a working knowledge of digital engineering platforms At least +3 years Resource management and coordination of modelling and drafting team Design experience in Water Utility related projects w/ specificexpertisein network pipeline designortreatment plant design Responsible modelling resources, outputs, verification, coordination, peer review Experience ineitherPlant 3D, Civil 3D, 12D, AutoCAD, Revit etc. Good to have: Experience in digital training and upskilling Exposure to other digital engineering initiatives or platforms Our Aurecon Attributes define our way of being – they are a collection of qualities that make us who we are.
