Obtain necessary certifications and licenses to practice as a financial advisor. Bachelor’s degree in any degree will be considered for qualified candidates Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and provide suitable recommendations. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Sales experience is an advantage but not required—training will be provided. Open to fresh graduates and career shifters passionate about helping others achieve financial security.
