Set up manufacturing standard MMR, UPH and usage/k for Assembly and Test. Assembly/Tests capacity analysis. Control and update plant layout. Develop and create layout per project requested. Conduct time study on every assigned process Develop standard units per hour and KUPD. Analyze manufacturing assumptions, setup time, QA time, number of sites, jam rate, utilization, etc. Analyze and compare actual machine capacity and standard capacity Maintain Capacity Model data. Determine machine capacity and requirement per QOP/AOP Support all MPhil Sites. Requirements/Qualifications Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering Establish the IE MFG Standard Space and Layout Planning AUTO-Cad Skills is preferable Understand process/ test flow and other production support Good Communication and team work With 0-2 year work experiences.
