Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Perform a variety of business application programming tasks.
  • Design and build small applications.
  • Provide first level application support for 3rd party business applications.
  • Document user requirements.
  • Evaluate and recommend business process improvements or build/revise business applications.
  • Interpret user requirements into technical system specifications (program/script and/or database ERD).
  • Oversee daily operational performance of business applications (HRIS, Payroll, Timekeeper, ERP, and others) ensuring system availability.
  • Monitor business application operational performance (technical and business) and review/recommend possible improvements.
About You

The company is looking for:

  • Education in Computer Science or similar course; preferably higher.
  • At least 6 months experience as IT Programmer in IT application development; OJT experience may be considered.
  • Knowledgeable on server software and software utilities/tools: O/S, RDBMS, Email, Active Directory, Application Server.
  • Knowledgeable on office productivity software and software utilities/tools: MS Office.
  • Basic knowledge of Operating Systems for client devices (PC, Tablet, Smart Phones).
  • Basic knowledge of IP Networking (wired/wireless; router; access point; switch): device connectivity, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • Basic knowledge of IT components and infrastructure used by other devices: Biometrics/Card Reader, IP Phone, DVR/NVR, IP Camera, Barcode, and others.
