JOB SUMMARY The Services Onboarding Setup Analyst’s primary objective is to ensure that Customer and Partner contracts are properly configured in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. The role involves setting up new customer accounts in Siebel/Microsoft Dynamics, creating configurable part numbers in SAP, and managing partner onboarding in Dynamics. The Analyst collaborates with cross‑functional teams to identify gaps, communicate solutions, and maintain system accuracy. KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Setup Set up customer information in Lexmark systems (Siebel, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Toner Reconciliation Admin tool). Enable proactive consumables management and hardware ordering. Translate pricing details from signed contracts into CRM systems. Review and execute post‑setup validation using available tools (Macro Checker, Setup Checklist, Reports). Manage requests through work‑management tools (Kofax Total Agility, World Wide Ticketing Tool, ServiceNow, email). Analyze and confirm setup accuracy, conduct preliminary reviews, and validate pricing details against contracts. Investigate and resolve customer‑setup related issues such as service requests, consumable supply, hardware ordering, and pricing concerns. Escalate unresolved issues and provide resolution in accordance with SLAs. Partner Setup Process partner setup requests in Microsoft Dynamics. Monitor daily system fallouts and resolve issues. Conduct process training as needed. Act as a point of contact for partner‑related inquiries. Maintain process documentation and support strategic execution of plans. COMPETENCIES & SKILLS Analysis & problem‑solving: Resolve diverse issues, interpret contract scenarios, and develop innovative solutions. Systems proficiency: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Dynamics, Siebel, SAP (ECC & CRM), TREC DB, WW Ticketing Tool, Kofax, ServiceNow, and reporting tools (SAP HANA, Power BI). Internal controls: Ensure compliance with policies, protect customer information, and safeguard company assets. Behavioral: Demonstrate proactive, accountable, collaborative, and customer‑focused leadership. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance/Accountancy, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, IT, financial services, or managing print services.
