Full Stack Backend Developer (Java Certified) Full Stack Backend Developer role focused on optimizing code for embedded systems and ensuring reliable deployments. Office: BGC, Taguig. Work setup: Hybrid (2x onsite per week). Responsibilities Primarily responsible for translating solutions and designs into optimized code based on requirements. Ensure on-time development and adherence to timelines. Create systematic code for robust solutions. Write release documents for each system release. Test and modify systems to ensure reliable operation. Identify faults, diagnose, and fix bugs. Technical Competencies Knowledge of computer systems and technologies. Technical competency across multiple languages. Logical, analytical, and creative problem‑solving approach. Thoroughness and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts clearly. Familiarity with corporate environments and ability to work within regulatory controls. Influence and drive change in software development processes. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift environments. Deliverables Deliver assigned tasks based on requirement specifications. Ensure code quality. Grasp requirements quickly and effectively. Ensure final application meets or exceeds all requirements. Qualifications Strong foundation in Computer Science with competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design optimized for embedded systems. Technical background capable of reading and writing source code across multiple languages. Demonstrated teamwork and successful delivery of results. Experience in cloud and on‑premise server environments, integration technologies. Developed third‑party APIs like Google, Facebook (REST, SOAP/WSDL). Experience with open-source environments including Linux (Ubuntu/Red Hat), MySQL, and Java. Basic financial terminology and accounting methods. Experience with Amazon Web Services, SES, SMTP, Linux OS, Cron. Familiar with big‑data tools such as Apache Spark and Hadoop. Exposure to continuous integration, build tools (Jenkins, Ansible, Ant, Liquibase) and scripting. Exposure to DevOps tools such as Puppet, Chef, or Docker is advantageous. Version control experience: Git, Subversion, or Mercurial.
