Now we want our visuals to feel unreal — the kind that stop the scroll and make people say, “Wait… is that real?” We’re not hiring a “designer.” We’re looking for a Product Graphic Designer — someone who can make metal, glass, and light feel alive. You use design not as decoration, but as emotion. You understand how texture, tone, and composition can make a viewer feel something. You live at the intersection of product, art direction, and visual identity — where every pixel matters, and every shadow tells a story. What You’ll Do Design photoreal product graphics, editorial-style compositions, and scroll-stopping visuals for web and social Create layered visual stories that blend product photography, AI renders, and design systems Collaborate with filmmakers, AI artists, and the brand team to define the visual DNA of Residence Supply Develop templates, type systems, and layout compositions for product launches and campaigns Enhance realism and craftsmanship using Photoshop, Lightroom, and compositing tools Concept creative direction for product drops, lifestyle series, and campaign imagery What You Bring A portfolio that shows emotion through product design — not just polish, but presence Strong command of composition, typography, and lighting aesthetics Deep experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, and layout systems (Figma, Canva, or similar) Familiarity with AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, or ComfyUI) a major plus Understanding of material realism — how brass glows, how glass breathes, how light behaves An obsession with cinematic design, interior spaces, and storytelling through visuals What We’re Offering Pay: $8 – $10+ USD / hour (based on experience & skill level) Paid test project: 3–5 visuals to start Remote + flexible work with a global creative team Growth track toward Lead Visual Designer Founder-level mentorship + full creative runway How You Fit Into the Team You’ll work directly with the founders and creative team.
