This is an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join a growing and innovative company, to expand and further develop their career. You will be also who will be working and collaborating with the Digital Marketing Specialist for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns that promote the company's brand, products, and services. The role plays a major part in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

Graphics

• The entire process from defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and other communication materials
• Provides digital content for our website and social media platforms
• Develop appropriate social media and advertising content which engages key segments of the community and reviewing outcomes of engagement campaigns
• Produce drafts for review and make revisions based on the feedback received

Email and Social Media Management

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and social media
• Manage social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts
• Moderate social media comments and messages

Social Media Support

• Research and identify relevant hashtags and keywords for social media content
• Create social media graphics using Canva
• Monitor social media accounts for engagement and growth opportunities

Email Marketing

• Create and schedule email campaigns using Hubspot
• Design email templates and graphics
• Track email campaign analytics and reported on results

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphics/Multimedia and other relevant degree
• Fresh grads are encouraged to apply
• A strong portfolio of outstanding graphic design and typography skills with a heavy focus on print, digital and branding
• Excellent communication skills - strong written and oral communication skills
• Must be very comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
• Must be proficient in editing using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Must be knowledgeable in basic video editing using Premiere Pro
• Proven experience in social media content creation and management

This position is an on-site role at our Pampanga office. Candidates must be willing to work on-site.

Work location: Sto. Domingo, Angeles City, Pampanga
