The Role: Data Architect What will you do?
  1. Manage several data projects.
  2. Work with multiple sources of data and spreadsheets to organize information.
  3. Utilize various tools and platforms such as PIM, ERP and DAM to update and create commercial statuses.
  4. Update and create data.
  5. Update and create documents and images.
  6. Assess and make recommendations on issues and assign to team or work to completion.
  7. Represent data team in various aspects, attend product launch meetings to monitor status, emphasize needed information, and report progress as well as determine suitability of data and assets for launch.
  8. Interface with Master Data team (ERP) to resolve issues with commercial status and alignment.
  9. Answer questions from product managers about needed work, work in progress, feasibility of requests and utilizing WorkFront.
  10. Attend and contribute to global meetings for standards revisions and adoption.
  11. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Who would be successful?
  1. Bachelors Degree in data management or engineering preferred or equivalent experience.
  2. Demonstrated expertise with Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
  3. Good understanding of basic web concepts and dynamic web pages as well as ability to understand how various business service layers and tools populate web pages with data, images, and documents.
  4. Knowledge of document file formats, basic product data, and commercial status implications is a must.
  5. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing environment.
  6. Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
  7. Ability to build productive relationships across and within teams with a customer-first focus.
  8. 2-4 years experience in a B2B product-related environment.
  9. Familiarity with energy management manufacturing/products/software a plus.
  10. Demonstrated leadership and accountability in current role.
