Duties and responsibilities Process and record accounts receivables and incoming payments in a timely and proper manner. Reconcile records to ensure all payments are accounted for and posted accurately. Identify, verify, and resolve discrepancies or billing issues. Facilitate timely payments by proactively coordinating with stakeholders, clients, or initiating collection efforts. Maintain accuracy and completeness of transaction records. Produce accurate financial and management reports, including P&L and cash flow analysis. Provide financial administrative support during month‑end closing activities. Assist in preparing compliance and government‑related requirements as needed. Participate in reviews and audits to develop internal control initiatives. Perform ad‑hoc reports and tasks as required by supervisors. Skills and experience required Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Preferably 1 year of experience in the same field, not required. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. Strong knowledge of general accounting principles. Experience using accounting systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) is an advantage. Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and above‑average critical thinking skills.
