About the Role

As a CBRE HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems at facilities by conducting proactive performance testing and ongoing scheduled maintenance. This role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function, providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You’ll Do
  • Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems used for building HVAC/R systems and equipment (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration).
  • Conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety requirements.
  • Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine best course of action for equipment modifications.
  • Follow existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion.

About You
  • Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in Facilities Management
  • NCII Certificate required
  • Amenable to a shifting schedule, 6 days a week, weekends/holidays
  • Can start ASAP
