Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems used for building HVAC/R systems and equipment.
  • Conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine the best course of action for equipment modifications.
  • Follow existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion.

About You / Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Graduate with at least 2–3 years of experience in Facilities Management
  • NCII Certificate required
  • Amenable to a shifting schedule, 6 days a week, weekends/holidays
  • Can start ASAP
