We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Vendor Management Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in onboarding and offboarding vendors, managing procurement processes, overseeing vendor performance, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and data privacy requirements. This position offers the opportunity to work in a global, fast-paced environment, collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors to drive business success.

Vendor Onboarding & Offboarding:

• Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process for vendors, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Collaborate with vendors to complete information security questionnaires and ensure compliance with data privacy requirements.
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and assess whether the vendor is the right fit for the organization.
• Support the contract team in tracking key onboarding dates and ensuring timely execution.
• Collaborate with information security teams to ensure vendors meet data privacy and compliance standards during offboarding.
• Work with the contract team and finance to facilitate vendor decommissioning processes.

Procurement of New Vendors:

• Organize and participate in vendor product demos and assessments to evaluate potential solutions.
• Conduct competitive analysis to determine the best fit vendors based on cost, capabilities, and business requirements.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and identify gaps that vendors can help fill.
• Perform market analysis to identify emerging vendors and innovative solutions.

Vendor Performance Management:

• Assist stakeholders in the performance review process of critical vendors, ensuring performance meets established criteria.
• Hold regular meetings with vendors to discuss performance, address issues, and ensure compliance with agreed-upon service levels.
• Collaborate with information security and contract teams to monitor vendor compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.

Vendor Change Management:

• Support stakeholders in managing the transition process when moving between vendors.
• Ensure continuity and minimal disruption during the changeover, addressing any challenges that arise.

Vendor Contract Management:

• Possess a working knowledge of vendor contracts and understand key terms and conditions.
• Ensure vendors adhere to contractual obligations, particularly in relation to performance and compliance.
