Overview To support the sales and marketing team by providing technical expertise in office applications, data analysis, and documentation. The Office Application Engineer will play a key role in optimizing internal processes and enhancing client presentations through advanced use of Microsoft Office tools. Responsibilities Assist in preparing technical proposals, submittals and quotations using fan selection program. Develop and maintain automated spreadsheets and templates for sales tracking and analysis. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support client requirements and documentation. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients when needed. Provide technical support in office applications and ensure data accuracy and consistency. Coordinate order processing with production, operations and accounting teams to ensure timely delivery and execution. Qualifications and Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or any related field. Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in sales and marketing or a related role is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and will be considered based on potential and skills. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially: Excel: formulas, functions, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis tools. Word: formatting, templates, and document automation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
