About the role We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Brand Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this full-time role based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, you will play a crucial part in driving the success of our renowned brands, contributing to their strategic growth and development. What you’ll be doing Assist the Brand Manager in the development and implementation of brand strategies and marketing plans Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights and trends to inform brand decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling brand content and campaigns Monitor and report on brand performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives Provide administrative support to the Brand Manager or Marketing Director, including budget management and project coordination Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand differentiation What we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in a brand management or marketing assistant role, preferably within the FMCG or alcohol beverage industry Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative brand strategies Passion for brand building and a keen interest in consumer trends and behaviour If you are passionate about brand management and eager to contribute to the success of our iconic brands, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
