Serve as the point of contact for the client (e.g., Philippine Navy, NAVFAC, or foreign-funded entities) and ensure effective stakeholder coordination Supervise on-site teams to ensure adherence to project plans and timelines. Coordinate with stakeholders to address project requirements and resolve challenges. Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation. Enforce compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to key stakeholders. Review and approve construction schedules, plans, and contracts. Ensure quality control measures are consistently applied throughout the project. The Successful Applicant A successful Construction Manager should have: Minimum of 15 years in construction management, with at least 2 years on naval or military facility projects in the Philippines or under foreign funding (e.g., USAID, NAVFAC, JICA, etc.) Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
